The exam
The Web Security Administrator certification is earned through an online multiple-choice exam that you take after the course. You need a score of at least 80%. Questions cover all four modules: architecture and interfaces, filtering policies, monitoring and reporting, and operations and incident response. Passing it is also the entry requirement for the Web Security System Engineer course. We close the course with a guided review so you can book the exam soon afterwards, while the hands-on work is still fresh.

Frequently asked questions (FAQ)
How long is the Web Security Administrator course?
16 hours over four four-hour sessions, with a little homework in between. We can also condense it into two full days.
What score do I need to get certified?
At least 80% on the multiple-choice exam. Questions draw on all four modules, and a firm grasp of filtering policies and user identification goes a long way toward passing.
Do I need to be using Forcepoint Web Security already?
It is recommended but not essential: solid networking and Active Directory basics are enough to follow the course. If the product is new to you, we suggest skimming the administration documentation before the first session so the interfaces feel familiar.
What comes next?
The Web Security System Engineer course, open to certified administrators, covers deployment, advanced configuration and troubleshooting. It is the natural next step for anyone who installs or maintains the platform.
How is the course delivered?
Live online, in person in Casablanca or on-site at your organization, in French or English. On-site sessions can work from your own filtering rules.
