The exam

You earn the CCMS accreditation by passing exam 156-541, booked through Pearson VUE's Check Point site. It is on Check Point's list of specialist accreditations: together with CCSE and one other accreditation, it earns you the CCSM title. Check Point provides the question count, time limit and pass mark when you book.

Preparation tips

Frequently asked questions (FAQ)

Who is Multi-Domain Security Management for?

To organizations that must keep administration separate for several entities while sharing a common policy: multi-subsidiary groups, service providers and managed security providers. Each domain has its own policy database and administrators, while the global policy enforces a common baseline.

What is the CCMS exam code?

156-541, taken with Pearson VUE. You book it through Pearson VUE's Check Point site after creating your account on the certification portal.

Do I need CCSE?

Check Point asks for CCSA and CCSE training or certification. Hands-on experience managing Check Point gateways is essential to keep up with the course. If you are not there yet, start with our CCSA + CCSE bundle.

Does this accreditation count toward CCSM?

Yes. CCSM (Check Point Certified Security Master) is not a course: you earn it by adding two specialist accreditations to CCSE, then two more for CCSM Elite. The title is valid for two years.

Which delivery formats do you offer?

Live online, in person in Casablanca or on-site at your organization, in French or English, with a lab environment for each participant. Private sessions can use exercises modeled on your own infrastructure.
