Frequently asked questions (FAQ)
Are SES and SESC the same thing?
Broadcom now markets the product as Symantec Endpoint Security Complete (SESC). The R1.4 course covers this offering, managed from the ICDm cloud console.
Does the course cover EDR?
Yes, one full module covers detection, investigation and response. For an on-premises EDR deployment, see our Symantec EDR 4.x course instead.
How long does it take to prepare for exam 250-604?
The course covers every objective, but Broadcom recommends three to six months of hands-on practice, so plan regular lab time after the course and revisit the modules where you feel least confident, such as policy tuning or hybrid management.
Which formats do you offer?
Live online, in person in Casablanca or on-site at your organization, in French or English.
Is Securevalley a Broadcom partner?
No. This is independent preparation based on the outline Broadcom publishes. Our trainers follow the published objectives and add practical exercises, but we do not deliver Broadcom-branded courseware or official completion certificates.
