This course introduces the ITIL 4 framework for running digital services that genuinely deliver value, and prepares you for the PeopleCert ITIL 4 Foundation exam. You learn the shared vocabulary of IT teams, the service value system and the practices used most often day to day. Case studies and mock exams run through all three days. By the end, you can read and discuss the service management practices already in place at your organization using the same terms as the framework.

Frequently asked questions (FAQ)
Is ITIL 4 still worth it now that ITIL (Version 5) exists?
Yes. PeopleCert states that ITIL 4 remains available and existing certifications keep their value, and a bridge exam lets you move to Version 5 later.
Can I take the exam in French?
Yes, French is one of the languages PeopleCert offers.
Is the exam difficult?
It is manageable with proper preparation: 40 questions and a 65% pass mark, so you need 26 correct answers. The main challenge is precise vocabulary, as several options often look plausible until you apply the official definitions.
How long is the certification valid?
Three years, renewable through 60 continuing professional development points or another exam from the same suite.
Which formats do you offer?
